Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods or sale events, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.


Furniture & Large Item Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our furniture pieces, some orders may be delivered via a specialist freight carrier rather than standard courier. For these items:

  • Delivery is to your front door or ground floor unless otherwise arranged.
  • Our team may contact you to schedule a suitable delivery window.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as re-delivery fees may apply.

Fragile Items

Lighting and delicate pieces are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy or contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Charme Haven is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
